I have selected my vehicle but I cannot find the top that I am looking for?
If the item you desire is not listed for the vehicle, then it may be that we do not currently manufacture them. Please contact our sales team on 01384 485 405, or send us an email to info@truckman.co.uk with your vehicle and requirements.

Can you manufacture a hard top for customer needs?
Truckman understands that you may have customer requirements for your top; whether it is a solid bulkhead and fixed side windows, or roof vents and security grilles, Truckman will strive to do their best for you. Please feel free to contact our dedicated sales team who will be able to discuss the options further.
What does the shipping cost?
A carriage charge of £10.95 (exc. Vat) is applicable for UK mainland orders. Variable rates will apply to any deliveries not within the UK mainland. For places not within the mainland, please go through the checkout as normal and click 'Get Quote', to obtain a quote for shipping to your chosen destination.

What do I do if my goods are damaged when they arrive?
In the event of your goods being damaged during transit; either refuse the delivery of goods or sign the courier's paperwork stating that the goods are damaged and contact us immediately. We will then advise you on how we will resolve the matter.

Do you offer a fitting service?
Truckman offers a professional fitting service from our West Midlands workshop. Prices vary between different hardtops and specifications, depending on the work required. Please contact our sales team for more information 01384 485 405.

What forms of payment do you accept?
MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, JCB and Delta are accepted for online orders.
Are my goods guaranteed?
Yes, they carry the manufacturer's 12-month guarantee unless otherwise stated. Consumer's statutory rights are not affected.

All hardtops will be sent out with a warranty card outlining details of the warranty conditions.

Please Note: We accept no liability for any other costs whatsoever that may arise as a result of purchasing, using or fitting products we have supplied. You should satisfy yourself that you or a competent person has fitted or attached the product correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. All the items we supply are sold on the basis of a 'do-it-yourself' fit. 

Truckman Hardtop Warranty for Products Ordered after 1st September 2013

Year One - Parts and Labour (at the supplying dealer, or at Truckman, Dudley)

What is covered?

Products are warranted against mechanical and structural failure. The paint is warranted against blistering only.

For how long?
Warranty on parts and labour lasts one year from the purchase date and is applicable to the original purchaser. After this period, only parts are covered by warranty.

What will you do?
We will repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of charge.

How can I obtain warranty service?
If you purchased products from a dealer, contact the dealer and they will make the necessary arrangements. They will need the serial number and proof of purchase.

If you purchased the product directly from Truckman, phone us on 01384 485 405, with the serial number and our invoice or sales order number. You will then be asked to return the product to us to have it repaired on site. Please note, it may be necessary to leave the product with us whilst the repair is carried out. Before we replace the part, we will advise you of the labour cost. You may opt to have the spare part sent directly to you and fit it yourself - telephone technical assistance is available should you need it.

Year Two and Year Three - Parts Only

What is not covered under warranty?
- Glass
- Glass Breakages
- Water leaks from the bed seal and vehicle body
- Failure due to improper use, modification and damage caused by poor driving
- Fading or discolouration due to environmental conditions
- Impact damage

Unless agreed otherwise, English law will apply all communication and documentation in relation to this policy will be in English. This warranty does not affect any legal rights provided to you by law and does not preclude any legal remedy you may have under the law.
