If you have received a damaged or defective part, the wrong item or you are not happy with your order:

1. Please contact our sales team, we will then issue a returns authorisation number and arrange collection of the goods.

2. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging

3. Please send us a note with your name and address and the order number, this can be found on the dispatch note that was on the outside of the parcel.
