Truckman Supports BASC with Members' Discount Partnership
Truckman has carefully selected a range of robust and innovative accessories to suit the lifestyles of those involved in the sport of shooting and conservation, such as shooters, beaters and gamekeepers.
The West Midlands-based firm has been the UK’s leading hardtop and accessory supplier for the pick-up market for more than 35 years, and supplies and fits canopies to the Ford Ranger, Fiat Fullback, Isuzu D-Max, Mercedes X-Class, Mitsubishi L200, Nissan NP300 Navara, Toyota Hilux and VW Amarok.
Included within the range is the Truckman Max hardtop, which comes with large sliding side windows and remote central locking, which is ideal for keeping the truck bed well ventilated and transporting working dogs whilst on shoots.
Other discounted products include tonneaus, tow bars, bedliners (including the luxury BedRug which is ideal for working dogs) and the innovative Pro-Lift, which enables users to open and close the tailgate with one hand and reduces its effective weight by 95 percent.
As part of the deal, BASC members will also receive 50 percent off fittings at Truckman’s Dudley facility.
A pick-up truck fitted with Truckman accessories makes the perfect practical vehicle for landowners, gamekeepers and those with a passion for outdoor sports.
Mike Wheeler, Executive Chairman of Truckman, said: “We have a long and proud history of supplying accessories to those involved in the shooting and conservation sector, which continues to play a vital part in both the rural and UK economy.
“Our new partnership with BASC strengthens our ties with the sector and offers its members robust, high-quality and practical solutions for their day to day working and leisure requirements.”
Nick Glazebrook, Head of Business Development at BASC said: “We are excited to be working with Truckman, which is the UK’s largest hardtop manufacturer. Their quality products complement perfectly the needs of those involved in shooting and add a further benefit to BASC membership.”
