Overview
Caravans and trailers can often be parked for long periods of time, when not in everyday use. Unfortunately, this can often encourage thieves. Bulldog Security have created a heavy-duty hitch post that can stop access to an area where vehicles can drive through.
The hitch post is constructed from 50 x 50mm hollow section steel, 3mm thick and provides a 200mm engagement into the ground. The security post stands 460mm above ground level once installed and includes a hitch ball welded to the top.
Thanks to the powder-coated yellow finish the post is extremely visible, even in poor light conditions. To secure the post there is a high-security integral 10-pin push lock with two keys supplied.

This product can also be installed at home using the included fitting instructions. Alternatively, if you’re too far away from our fitting centres in Bristol or Dudley, a reputable local garage should be able to carry out the installation.
