If you're unhappy with an item you've ordered, or you've ordered an incorrect item, contact us and we'll make the returns process easy.

1 – Give us a call or send us an email

Call us on 01384223988 or send us an email, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5.30pm.

2 – We'll give you a Returns Authorisation Number

We'll give you a unique number in case you want to track your return.

3 – We'll arrange collection

We'll arrange collection by specialist couriers for a time that's convinient with you.

4 – Pack your item(s)

Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include a note with your name, address and order number. This can be found on the dispatch note that was included in the parcel when it was delivered.

5 – We'll send you a refund

Once your item is received, we'll process a refund or if you wish, help you choose an alternative item.
