If you’re unhappy with an item you’ve ordered, or if you’ve ordered the wrong item, just get in touch – we’ll make the returns process as simple as possible.

Contact Us
Email us at support@truckman.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. You can return or exchange an unwanted item free of charge within 28 days of receipt.
Please note: carriage return fees may apply.

Receive a Returns Authorisation Number
We’ll provide you with a unique returns number which will help track and process your return.

Collection Arranged
Where possible, we’ll arrange collection via our specialist couriers at a time convenient for you. For smaller items, we may ask you to post the item back to us.

Pack Your Items
Securely repack the item(s) in the original packaging, clearly displaying the Returns Authorisation Number on the outside. Please include a note with your name, address and order number (found on your despatch note). This helps us process your return without delay.

Refund or Exchange
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, or if preferred, help you choose an alternative item. Refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
