Returns Information

If you're unhappy with an item you've ordered, or you've ordered an incorrect item, contact us and we'll make the returns process easy.

 

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to customer.services@truckman.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning.

 

Step 2: We'll Give you a Returns Authorisation Number

We'll give you a unique number in case you want to track your return.

 

Step 3: We'll Arrange Collection

If possible, we'll arrange collection by specialist couriers for a time that's convenient with you. For some smaller items, we may ask you to return the items by post.

 

Step 4: Pack your Items

Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging - with the Returns Authorisation Number clearly visible on the outside. Please include a note with your name, address and order number. This can be found on the despatch note that was included in the parcel when it was delivered. Including all of the above information will help us process your return without delay.

 

Step 5: We'll Send you a Refund

Once your item is received and inspected, we'll process a refund or if you wish, help you choose an alternative item.
