Thule’s SlideBar makes loading and unloading accessories such as ladders, bike racks, roof boxes, pipes, and water sports carriers a safe, quick and easy task, thanks to its unique sliding feature. The SlideBar features a two-way sliding extension (which extends up to 60cm on either side) giving you easy access to the roof cargo. The ergonomic, rubberised grip panels allow you to move the roof bars with just one hand, giving you complete ease of use. Its elegant design makes it a must have accessory for your vehicle.
Bi-Directional Sliding Feature
The Thule SlideBar has been designed for carrying more bulkier cargo. The innovative roof bar slides out 60cm either side of the vehicle, which enables you to lift equipment much more easily onto the vehicle's roof, keeping any stretching to a minimum and reduces the risk of scratching the bodywork.
Accessories
Attaching accessories to the Thule SlideBar is an effortless process thanks to the ingenious T-track system, simply slide in your accessories and secure into place. The full length of the load bar can be utilised, which gives more space for attaching up to several accessories. It is also possible to attach most clamp-on accessories and carriers to the sliding roof bars.
Automatic Snap Lock
Thule’s SlideBar offers maximum user security thanks to its snap-lock functionality. The coloured indicators show if the roof bar is locked into place or is free to move, this gives the user peace of mind that the roof bar has been secured and reduces the risk of any cargo being loose when driving.
Locking Cylinders
The roof bar features a unique locking system on either end,this protects the cargo from any unauthorised access and massively reduces the risk of theft. Simply use the key provided to lock and unlock the roof bars.

Thule’s roof bar is constructed from high-quality yet lightweight aluminium profiles. This creates a super strong roof bar, allowing up to a 90kg load capacity, making it an ideal solution for any extra cargo you wish to carry on your vehicle.
